Return Policy
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange, refund, or store credit. We must be notified within SEVEN days of receiving your item(s). Each returned item MUST be in the original condition it was received in. If the item has been worn, washed, or has smells or perfumes, etc., we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds/Store Credit apply to items only; shipping charges will not apply.
For exchanges: the customer will ship the item back to us, and we will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item.
Please note: We are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages, including if your tracking number is marked as delivered.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, we must be notified BEFORE the pre-order window closes.
For in stock orders, we must be notified before your order ships.
Any orders with 3 or more articles of clothing may not be canceled. If you need to exchange your items for a different size, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate based on available stock of each item.
